Welcome to FiveM-Lab. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (fivem-lab.com) and your purchase/use of our digital products. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

The website and the brand FiveM-Lab are owned and operated by MANTIS INTERACTIVE LTD (Company Number: 17153915), a company registered in the United Kingdom.

1. Definitions

“We”, “Us”, “Our” means MANTIS INTERACTIVE LTD.
“Website” means https://fivem-lab.com.
“Products” means digital resources including MLOs, 3D models, maps, and downloadable content for FiveM.
“You”, “User”, “Customer” means anyone accessing the Website or purchasing/using Products.

2. Accounts

You may need an account to access certain features. You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts suspected of fraud, unauthorized sharing (leaking), or policy violations.

3. Orders & Digital Delivery

Products are delivered electronically via download access in your account or via the email provided at checkout. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, you acknowledge that performance of the contract begins immediately upon purchase.

4. License & Permitted Use

Each purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product for your own FiveM server(s).

No Resale/Redistribution: You may not sell, share, leak, publish, mirror, sublicense, or redistribute Products or any portion of them.
Internal Modifications: You may modify Products for your own internal server use, but you may not distribute or sell modified versions to others.
No Circumvention: You may not bypass licensing, access restrictions, or security mechanisms (such as CFX Escrow).

5. Refunds

Refunds are strictly governed by our Refund Policy. Due to the digital nature of MLO assets and the immediate access provided, most sales are final.

6. Third-Party Disclaimer

MANTIS INTERACTIVE LTD is an independent provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or the CitizenFX Collective (FiveM). All trademarks and brand names used in products or descriptions belong to their respective owners.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, MANTIS INTERACTIVE LTD shall not be liable for any loss of profits, data, or server performance issues arising from the use of our Products.

8. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Services and revoke your licenses immediately if you violate these Terms (specifically regarding unauthorized file sharing). Upon termination, you must cease all use of our Products.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
