Thank you for shopping at FiveM-Lab. This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions for refunds regarding digital products sold on fivem-lab.com.

FiveM-Lab is owned and operated by MANTIS INTERACTIVE LTD (Company Number: 17153915), registered in the United Kingdom.

2. Digital Products & Instant Access

All products sold on FiveM-Lab are digital downloadable items (MLOs, interiors, and scripts) delivered electronically. Important for UK/EU Customers: By purchasing and accessing our digital content, you expressly consist to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal (the 14-day "cooling-off" period) once the download or access to the digital asset has started.

3. Limited Refund Conditions

As digital products are non-returnable by nature, we generally do not offer refunds once access or download is granted, except in the following specific cases:

Product Defect: The product is materially broken or does not function as described, and our technical support is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days.
Non-Delivery: You cannot access the download due to a confirmed technical issue on our server side.
Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the exact same product twice within 24 hours.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of Mind: You no longer want the product or found a different one.
Compatibility Issues: It is your responsibility to ensure your server framework (ESX, QB-Core, etc.) matches the product requirements stated on the page.
Lack of Knowledge: Inability to install or configure the asset due to lack of technical experience.
Terms Violation: Any attempts at unauthorized sharing, resale, or leaking of FiveM-Lab files.

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of purchase:

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage customers to contact our support team to resolve any issues. Mantis Interactive LTD reserves the right to suspend accounts and revoke access to all past and future assets for users who file fraudulent chargebacks or disputes without prior communication.
