Digital Delivery Policy

Since FiveM-Lab specializes in digital assets (MLOs, scripts, and interiors), we do not ship physical products. This policy outlines how you receive your purchases.
1. Instant Delivery
Upon successful completion of your payment, you will receive an automated email containing the download link(s) for your purchased assets. In most cases, delivery is instant.
2. Download Access
Your digital files will be available for download immediately:

In your customer dashboard (if an account was created).

Via the email address provided during checkout.
Please ensure your email address is entered correctly to avoid delays.
3. No Shipping Fees
As our products are entirely digital, there are no shipping, handling, or delivery fees associated with any products sold on our website, regardless of your location worldwide.
4. Technical Fulfillment (CFX.re)
Some of our assets may be delivered via the CFX.re (FiveM) Keymaster system. In such cases, the asset will be granted to the FiveM account linked to your purchase.
5. Troubleshooting
If you do not receive an email with your download links within 10 minutes of purchase:
